Youth and Children’s Minister
Location: The Church of the Good Shepherd with St Peter’s, Lee, London SE12 8NR & Trinity Church of England Secondary School.
Salary: £29,000 – £31,000 Full-time Hours 37.5hrs per week (Pro Rata/Dependent on experience)
Hours: Part-time (19 hours per week). Includes Sundays, flexible weekday hours, and occasional evenings/weekends.

We are seeking a creative, relational Youth and Children’s Minister to join our team. This is not just a Sunday role; it is an opportunity to bridge the gap between church, school, and community. You will work to nurture faith, belonging, and flourishing across all ages in a church that explicitly values inclusion and social justice.
The Role: You will balance leading our established church youth group and Children’s Church with a dynamic chaplaincy support role at Trinity Church of England Secondary School. You will be key in helping us meet our Mission Action Plan priorities: Discipleship, Worship, Widening Inclusion, and Community.

* Can manage volunteers effectively and build strong relationships with families.
* Is ready to work collaboratively within both a parish and school setting.
